About The Medical Soldiers' OUTLOOK
The Medical Soldiers ' OUTLOOK, published by the U.S. Army Medical Center of Excellence (MEDCoE), has transitioned to The Pulse of Army Medicine. This former quarterly publication is now a rolling release, dedicated to fostering professional military medical discourse. Submissions are open to all ranks affiliated with the medical community, providing a platform where medical soldiers can share information, ideas, and experiences with their peers, and access key updates from leadership.
Mission: To provide a forum for the presentation and exchange of the ideas and experiences within the Medical Corps, and to support the development of military medical doctrine. The publication encourages sharing ideas and proposals, cross-communication and promotes a synergistic flow of viewpoints and experiences across the profession.
