The U.S. Army Medical Center of Excellence Sexual Harassment/Assault Response and Prevention (SHARP) Program is supporting Major General Dennis P. LeMaster and CSM Clark Charpentier efforts in reinforcing the Army`s commitment to eliminate incidents of sexual assault and sexual harassment through a comprehensive policy that centers on awareness and prevention, training and education, victim advocacy, response and referral, reporting and accountability.  One main goal of our program is empowering leaders at all levels to create an environment that promotes unit cohesion and purpose, which are two critical elements to mission readiness and vitality of the Army Profession; assess environmental risks, eliminate social stigmas, and identify early signs of predatory and high-risk behaviors; take timely and effective actions to mitigate these behaviors; and hold those accountable who fail to support the Army`s SHARP Program.
