Mission Thanksgiving

soldiers ready for mission thanksgiving

Thank you for your interest in hosting Soldiers during the U.S. Army Medical Center of Excellence`s Annual "Mission Thanksgiving".  For the second year in a row, community participation in Mission Thanksgiving is cancelled amid concerns of community spread of COVID-19.  Our trainees follow strict COVID-19 protocols during their time at the MEDCoE as part of our COVID-19 mitigation strategy.  Disrupting those standards - even for one day - could have a detrimental effect on the health and safety of our trainees and staff.  Soldiers will be well taken care of this Thanksgiving through the outstanding support provided by JBSA-Fort Sam Houston and MEDCoE staff and leaders.  We understand that this is disappointing news and we hope to return to normal operations and see you all again for this worthwhile event in the very near future.

Thanks for all you do and your continued support of our Soldiers and the MEDCoE mission! Be sure to follow the festivities on social media:
